I was asked to create a special batch of cannoli for a gender reveal party last week. Not only are cannoli a crowd favorite, but when you add in a surprise center it makes them all the more exciting.
A special top-secret envelope was delivered to me on Friday night and inside were the results of the latest ultrasound that no one in the family, not even the couple were privy to.
These were so much fun to make and guess what... It's a girl!
